I just made a delicious satisfying filling healthy breakfast. Lots of protein, lower calorie. Winner in my book!
I was craving a good classic pancakes, eggs, and bacon breakfast. Eggs and bacon are easy.
Now about those pancakes... I got creative.
The pancake flavor I wanted was mostly the syrup so the sandwich skinny and PB gave me the vehicle for the syrup. I didn't need a lot, so the calories from that are so small and the craving is still met.
Turkey bacon, 2 eggs (cooked in a nonstick skillet), and a half of a sandwich skinny with .5 tbsp PB and tsp pancake syrup.
361 calories and 24 grams of protein. Victory!!
