Thursday

Went great! Just didn't have time to post.

Breakfast: protein bar

Lunch: Alfredo with parmesan cheese, black cherry Greek yogurt, and orange

Snack: almonds

Snack: hard boiled egg with cheese cubes

Dinner: nachos again (no corn today)

Snack: hard boiled egg with cheese cubes

Activity: 19 minute walk

Calories were perfect. :)
